Brut – Fleur de raisin

ASSEMBLAGE: 50% Chardonnay – 50% Pinot Blanc, from old vines with limited yield.

VINEYARD: located in Celles sur Ource, a small village on ‘Côte des Bar’, in the Southern part of Champagne region.

VINEYARD'S SUBSOIL: marl and limestone on kimmeridgian terroir.

Reasoned Culture principles, hand picking harvest.

VINIFICATION: blending of grapes from different plots in controlled temperature vats.

TASTING NOTE: pale golden yellow in colour. Elegant nose combining white flower hints from Pinot Blanc with citrus fruit nuances from Chardonnay. The palate is in harmony with the delicate nose, with the silky and oppulent aroma of Pinot Blanc.

FOOD PAIRING: For aperitif. Perfectly matched with white fish and seafood (sushi, scallops, oysters…)
