ASSEMBLAGE: 100% Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the dominant grapes in the south Champagne area. A blend from several vintages.

VINEYARD: located in Celles sur Ource, a small village on ‘Côte des Bar’, in the Southern part of Champagne region.

VINEYARD'S SUBSOIL: marl and limestone on kimmeridgian terroir.

Reasoned Culture principles, hand picking harvest.

VINIFICATION: blending of grapes from different plots in controlled temperature vats.

TASTING NOTE: yellow with golden glints. An expressive nose with burst of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) and ripe fruits (baked apple). A luscious palate, generous, opulent with a refreshing finish.

FOOD PAIRING: perfect for aperitif.
